General Uses & Applications

Please Note***Silkwood is not designed or to be used on stair cases, or laminate flooring. Silkwood is a deep penetrating oil to be used purely on timber products.

Paint Thinner

You can also add amounts of Artists White Spirit to your oil paints as a thinner. It is more suitable for paint thinning than any other solvent as it will not affect the drying time of oil based paints.

Uses and Storage Precautions

  • Make sure product is securely sealed when transporting to avoid damage and spillage.
  • Do not discard of the container with any household waste items nor
    discard down a drainage system.
  • Keep the contents away from fire, heat or flames, direct sunlight.
  • Make sure the cap is securely tighten and always placed in an
    upright position.
  • Store Silkwood Mineral Turpentine in a cool ventilated area.
